Changzheng Hospital, affiliated with the Second Military Medical University, is a large-scale tertiary Grade A comprehensive hospital with a comprehensive range of departments, specializing in orthopedics, neurosurgery, nephrology, and organ transplantation. As the hospital's reputation has grown, patients from across the country have flocked to it, and the hospital's outpatient capacity has gradually become insufficient to meet demand. The original outpatient building, constructed in the early 1990s, had significant limitations in its layout, environment, and space, and could no longer accommodate the nearly 6,000 daily patient visits. To address this, the hospital began construction on a new outpatient building at the end of 2009. The project took one year and nine months, with an investment of over 200 million yuan, and the new building was successfully completed.
