Project Background:
China Medical University, located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, is a university jointly established by the National Health Commission, the Ministry of Education, and the People's Government of Liaoning Province. With the advancement of the "Healthy China" strategy and the increasing demand for high-quality development in medical education, China Medical University has in recent years continuously promoted the renewal of campus infrastructure and functional upgrades. However, through routine use and regular safety inspections, it has been found that some older buildings have shown significant structural aging and performance degradation. Against this backdrop, the university has launched the "Safe Campus · Resilience Enhancement" special project, adhering to the principles of "safety first, functional adaptability, minimal intervention, and green renewal," and has implemented scientific reinforcement for key buildings.
