Zhangzhou Workers Cultural Palace (Municipal Federation of Trade Unions Building) is located at No. 86 Xinhua South Road, Xiangcheng District, Zhangzhou City. It borders Xinhua South Road to the east, Paozai Street to the south and Xinhua Garden Residential Quarter to the north.

The project covers a land area of 8,417 square meters with a total construction area of 22,049.54 square meters.
- Main Building: Construction area 10,074.97 m², including 8,946.35 m² above ground (thirteen floors) and 1,128.62 m² underground (one-floor garage and power distribution room). The original height is 44.25 m, and the height after renovation is 49 m.
- North Building: Construction area 5,600.53 m², including 5,379.71 m² above ground (seven floors) and 220.82 m² underground (fire water tank and pump room). The original height is 26.25 m, and the height after renovation is 30.40 m.
- South Building: Construction area 6,374.04 m² with seven floors above ground. The original height is 26.70 m, and the height after renovation is 29.90 m.

The project works cover structural reinforcement, decoration renovation, mechanical and electrical installation (water supply & drainage, electrical, HVAC, building intelligence systems, etc.), roof renovation and outdoor works. The total estimated investment of the project is 97.5348 million yuan, among which the construction and installation cost is 90.9773 million yuan.
