Project Background:
The buildings in the Zhenbang Road area of Xiamen were originally arcade buildings from the 1940s and have been standing for nearly 80 years. Due to years of neglect and lack of maintenance, the building structures have suffered severe damage, with safety hazards such as water leakage, wood corrosion, and wall cracks. As they are ancient buildings with profound historical significance, the relevant authorities have decided to reinforce the arcade buildings along approximately 120 meters of Zhenbang Road.
