  • Project Background:

    The State Power Investment Corporation's Shandong Liaocheng Yanggu Phase II 162.5MW Wind Power Project is located in Jindouying Town, Gaomiaowang Town, Litai Town, Acheng Town, and Zhangqiu Town, Yanggu County. It is a key new energy project under Shandong Province's "14th Five-Year Plan." The total installed capacity is 162.5MW, with 26 wind turbines each rated at 6.25MW. The rotor diameter is 220 meters, and the hub height is 160 meters, using a high-tower structure to enhance power generation efficiency in low-wind-speed areas, adapting to the terrain characteristics of the Luxi Plain. The project includes a new 220kV booster station, with power connected to the regional grid via one 220kV transmission line for efficient clean energy transmission. The project completed environmental impact assessment disclosure and soil and water conservation plan review in 2024, and entered the main construction phase in 2025. As of February 2026, wind turbine foundation construction and tower hoisting are fully underway, with the project scheduled to achieve full-capacity grid connection in the fourth quarter of 2026. The dynamic total investment is approximately 730 million yuan, with an estimated annual on-grid power generation of 350 million kWh, equivalent to saving 110,000 tons of standard coal and reducing CO₂ emissions by about 300,000 tons per year. In terms of environmental protection, the project strictly implements national soil and water conservation and land reclamation standards. Land acquisition announcements and ecological restoration plan reviews have been completed, with simultaneous topsoil stripping, slope protection, and vegetation restoration to ensure a 100% land reclamation rate, creating a "wind power + ecological synergy" green development model.
