Project Background:
The Handan Yun Da Weixian 100MW Wind Power Project in Hebei Province is developed by Weixian Hongrun Wind Power Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Yunda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.). It is located in Beigao Town, Yuanbao Town, Qian Damo Township, and Weicheng Town in Weixian County. It is a guaranteed wind power quota project under Hebei Province's "14th Five-Year Plan," with a total scale of 100MW, and is currently advancing a 50MW guaranteed sub-item as a priority. The project is equipped with 18 wind turbines, including 17 Envision Energy EN-200/5.5MW units and 1 EN-182/6.5MW unit, with a hub height of 160 meters using a hybrid tower structure. It includes a new 110kV booster station, with power connected to the local grid via one 110kV transmission line. The project is scheduled to start construction in October 2025 and be completed in September 2026, with a 12-month construction period. As of February 2026, it has obtained land use approval, environmental impact assessment permits, and planning permits. EPC and supervision tenders have been completed, and all conditions are in place for full construction. The project is expected to generate approximately 230 million kWh annually, saving 75,000 tons of standard coal and reducing CO₂ emissions by about 200,000 tons per year. Soil and water conservation follows Hebei Province's Class I plain-area standards, with a 100% reclamation rate. It also forms an industrial chain synergy with the Handan Southern New Area Zero-Carbon Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, promoting the integrated model of "wind power + land reclamation + local supporting industries."
