Project Background:
The SPIC Nalou Wind Power Project is located in Zhenlong Community, Nalou Town, Yongning District, Nanning, Guangxi, and the surrounding ridge areas. It is developed by Guangxi Jitou Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jilin Power Supply Co., Ltd. (JPSC), and constructed in two phases. It is a key project of Guangxi's "New Energy +" strategy. Phase I has an installed capacity of 200 MW, with 40 wind turbines of 5.0 MW each, and a new 220 kV booster station. It achieved full-capacity grid connection on June 13, 2025 . Phase II adds 100 MW, with 16 turbines of 6.25 MW each, and expands the booster station. The dynamic total investment is 564 million yuan, with construction planned to start by the end of 2025. The estimated annual on-grid power generation is 199 million kWh . The project includes 70.2 km of internal roads, with a permanent land occupation of 3.73 hectares. It is expected to save 61,000 tons of standard coal and reduce CO₂ emissions by approximately 168,000 tons annually. Soil and water conservation meets the Class I standard for southern red soil regions. All land acquisition compensation and approval procedures have been legally completed. Phase I is currently operating stably, and Phase II is advancing in an orderly manner .
