Project Background:
Plot L7-01 of Ordos Wanhe City Public Rental Housing Project sits at the intersection of Qiahe Road and Keji Street in Kangbashi District High-tech Industrial Park. Developed and constructed by Ordos Urban Investment Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., it is a key municipal affordable housing project.
Covering a total land area of approximately 87,362.78 square meters and a total construction area of around 269,036 square meters, the project plans 2,584 residential units with a plot ratio of 2.38, green space ratio of 40.2% and building density of 19.6%. It is equipped with 278 motor vehicle parking spaces, and its overall layout prioritizes livability and ecological integration.
Positioned as public rental housing for low- and middle-income groups, the project is not available for sale and adopts closed management and standardized rental allocation. Tenders for key sub-projects including elevators, intelligent weak current systems, basement floor marking and official power supply have been completed. The winning bid for elevators exceeds 11.39 million yuan, while that for the intelligent weak current project is nearly 5 million yuan, with construction progressing steadily.
Supporting community service facilities are built simultaneously to strengthen the housing guarantee goal of "ensuring people have safe and secure housing". The project serves as an important initiative for Kangbashi District to improve its housing security system and boost population aggregation. -
