The Yuhu Garden Project of Nanjing Zijin R&D and Entrepreneurship Center is located at Plot A3 of China (Nanjing) Software Valley, Yuhuatai District, Nanjing. Bordering Software Avenue to the north, Ningshuang Road to the south and Fengning Road to the west, it is a high-tech industrial carrier key developed by Yuhuatai District.

Invested and constructed by Nanjing Zijin Soft Innovation Technology Development Co., Ltd., the project has a total investment of about 1.12 billion yuan and a total construction area of 152,000 square meters, consisting of 6 high-rise R&D buildings, 1 multi-story supporting building and underground parking garages with a building height of approximately 60 meters. It is comprehensively planned as an industrial cluster focusing on artificial intelligence, big data, cloud services and software development.

In January 2024, China MCC17 Group Co., Ltd. won the general construction tender with a bid price of 610 million yuan and a construction period of 660 days. All main structures of the buildings were fully capped in June 2025. At present, secondary structure construction, curtain wall installation and interior decoration works are underway.

Selected as a Nanjing Intelligent Construction Pilot Project of 2025, the project extensively adopts prefabricated construction, BIM technology and green building systems. Upon completion, it is expected to generate an annual operating revenue of over 2 billion yuan and tax revenue of 130 million yuan, and employ about 4,000 talents, emerging as a new benchmark for industry-city integration in Nanjing Software Valley.
