Project Background:
The comprehensive renovation project of Mochou Campus, Nanjing Audit University involves a new construction area of approximately 5,484 square meters and a reconstruction area of about 73,537 square meters, with a total investment of 250 million yuan. The general contractor was confirmed in August 2022, construction kicked off in early September 2022, and the project was delivered in batches on August 20, 2023 and December 23, 2023 respectively.
Faced with tight construction schedules and complex renovation works, all participating parties of the project anticipated various potential risks in advance and attached great importance to cross-party coordination and management. They ensured full integration of design drawings with on-site conditions, implemented rigorous project management, strictly controlled construction quality, progress and costs, and fully followed the construction schedule. The project was finally delivered on schedule with outstanding construction quality. -
