Reinforcement Project of Jinchang Culture & Education Building is located at No.9 Aiheqiao Road, Gusu District, Suzhou. The building adopts frame-core tube structure, with 15 floors above ground and 2 underground floors, covering a construction area of about 18,000 square meters. Originally designed for commercial office use, the building has been converted into medical and elderly care facilities due to industrial transformation, which requires higher service load and seismic resistance standards. After professional design and reinforcement renovation construction, the building meets the new service requirements.
