Project Background:
Hotel Lisboa is a landmark five-star hotel in Macau, which opened in 1970 and consists of the East Wing (Old Wing) and West Wing (New Wing). In 1990, the project to add extra floors to the New Wing up to 24 storeys was launched, accompanied by structural reinforcement works. The construction required the hotel to maintain normal operation throughout the whole period without disrupting its five-star service standards.
